Obtain a Certificate of Uniqueness for the Company Name (certificación negativa de la denominación social) from the commercial registry.
Open a Corporate Bank Account and Deposit the Share Capital: Banks issue a certificate of the deposited capital, which must be presented to a notary for company registration in Spain.
Notarial Certification of All Incorporation Documents and Company Formation in Spain: The notary issues the Act of Registration.
