Transfer of IT company employees to one of the European countries
The owner of IT business considered the following as countries of priority: the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Poland, to move its top specialists to Europe.
Priority tasks were set:
- Choice of the country taking into account convenient low taxation (personal and corporate);
- Low living expenses;
- Good education (preferably in English) for the children of employees;
- Good health care.
We addressed international tax experts and by comparing the tax-exempt minimum, income and corporate taxes, and also taking into account the specifics of the Internet business, together with the client came to the conclusion that countries that fully meet the interests of business and employees themselves in Europe are: Cyprus and Malta.
Cyprus was chosen solely because this country has better conditions for taxation of private and corporate revenues, good air direct communication with Ukraine, and also allowed to solve other personal tasks of the owner, namely, to obtain the citizenship of Cyprus with 2.5 million euros invested in his Cyprus Company.
