Business in Germany
Our client has a registered business in Germany, which several years ago started working in a group of his other companies, but the client does not want to permanently reside in Germany for many personal reasons (e.g. climate, language), high income tax on wages, high dividend tax of 25%.
In the furtherance of the goal in a complex, namely in relation of international tax planning and the receipt by the whole family of a 5-year residence permit, two schemes were proposed:
- 1. Introduction of the Maltese corporate scheme into an operating business with a view to reducing taxes.
- 2. Obtaining by the whole family of the Maltese Golden visa, the Schengen five-year status that does not oblige to reside in Malta.
For another similar case, we created the same scheme, but taking into account the Cyprus company and Cyprus permanent place of residence.
It is very important for us in the business immigration process to take into account any customers’ preferences, all aspects of their national and international business and combine this choice with immigration laws of the country.
